## About BuildPass

BuildPass is construction management software for builders, contractors, and project teams. The product covers site management, health and safety, quality assurance, asset management, and an AI toolkit, all in one connected place, so the people on site can focus on building. We're building the world's smartest operating system for construction.

We're an Australian and North American company, with teams in Richmond, Victoria and Austin, Texas. ## About this site

The BuildPass Method is our public handbook. It captures the thinking behind the company in five documents: the [Manifesto](/manifesto) (why we exist), our [Values](/values) (how we make decisions), our [Mission](/mission) (what we're building toward), our [Product Vision](/product) (what we build and why), and [The BuildPass Method](/method) itself (how we work, who we hire, and what we expect). The [AI Fluency Rubric](/method/rubric) lives there too.
