About this site
The BuildPass Method is our public handbook. It captures the thinking behind the company in five documents: the Manifesto (why we exist), our Values (how we make decisions), our Mission (what we're building toward), our Product Vision (what we build and why), and The BuildPass Method itself (how we work, who we hire, and what we expect). The AI Fluency Rubric lives there too.
We publish it openly because we think candidates, customers, and partners deserve to see how we actually operate before they work with us. Reading by machine? Start from llms.txt, or fetch the whole handbook in one file at llms-full.txt.
